We are pleased to be able to offer free door to door delivery on all orders to customers in Nigeria.  We are also able to deliver cheaply anywhere around Africa with the help of our innovative in-house delivery solution- Parcel Exchange

We try to keep our delivery charges as fair and easy to understand as possible for all our customers, and the simplest way to avoid nasty surprises at checkout is to offer free delivery on all items.
We are able with Parcel Exchange (PX), to deliver sameday and timely manner for orders made on or before 12 noon within Lagos and next day to anywhere else in Nigeria. Once your order has been dispatched, you will be able to track real time from pickup to delivery every step of the way with Parcel Exchange if you are a member, otherwise, tracking information via email to allows you to easily track it’s progress.  If you also provide us with a mobile number in your delivery address we will ask our couriers to provide SMS updates on your order for an even more efficient service.

While we only sell to businesses, tradespeople and professional users, we do not place any particular restrictions on delivery addresses and our couriers can deliver to any address in Nigeria and Africa.  You can enter your delivery address at checkout and you are free to choose a delivery address which is different from your billing address.
We would ask that if possible you provide some sort of phone number with every address / order so that we or our couriers can contact you if any issues occur.

We pack our items as robustly as possible in heavy duty boxes and we are always looking to improve on our packaging systems. However, if you encounter any problems with your delivery, please let us know through the Contact Us page and our staff will do their best to sort it for you as quickly as possible.  Your feedback is welcomed.
If you are simply trying to find out where your parcel is, or if you have been left a missed-delivery card, we do recommend that you contact the courier company directly using the tracking information provided in your ‘Notification of Despatch’ email.
If you have mis-entered your delivery details or need to make an address change you can contact us to do so.  However please note that if we have already despatched your parcel then we cannot generally redirect it until after the first delivery attempt has failed, so please get in touch with us as quickly as possible.

While delivery is also free on barrels and pallets, our freight delivery companies will expect you to be able to lift these items off the lorry yourself at the destination point.  If you do need any special services to help with this such as a tail-lift, please let us know when ordering.  In some instances additional services may incur a surcharge.

We think it important that all deliveries should be carried out safely and in-line with NIGERIA transport regulations.  Parcel Exchange, our in-house partner couriers can transport goods in a compliant way and, unlike some online sellers, we will not send hazardous goods by post or unmarked.  We package most goods up to 25Kg in-line with Limited Quantity regulations for courier delivery.
We transport larger quantities (pallets, barrels etc.) using our Hazardous Freight partners who can safely deliver throughout NIGERIA and AFRICA.
